Briggs Ranch Real Estate
Briggs Ranch is centrally located in Folsom, just west of Empire Ranch and close to Highway 50. It is one of many neighborhoods in the area, all running into one another, however Briggs Ranch was built in the late ‘80s and ‘90s, giving it more time to establish and cultivate its lush trees and parks.
The homes range in size and style (all are well-kept and cared for) and sit on wide, slightly rolling streets. Lots in Briggs Ranch are slightly larger than some of the newer developments, and residents have made the most of their yards, incorporating a variety of foliage and landscaping, along with tree swings, and basketball hoops – creating an ideal enclave for families.
The neighborhood encompasses three parks, as well as Folsom Hills Elementary School. The FIDO Dog Park is just a few blocks south past Blue Ravine Road. This entire area features an abundance of schools and parks, and can be easily navigated through uncongested streets and miles of bike lanes and unpaved paths meandering through the area.
A number of shopping centers are conveniently located just a few blocks away on East Natoma Street – featuring grocery stores, spas, bistros, bagel shops, and the posh Back Wine Bar. Not far from Briggs Ranch is the Palladio, with fine dining, shops, and a 16-screen movie theatre. Also nearby are the Folsom Zoo, Folsom Outlets, Folsom Sports Complex and Folsom Aquatic Center.
Commuters love the fact that Sacramento is minutes away, but Folsom boasts Intel, one of the county’s largest private employers. The research and development campus is one of Intel’s largest sites. Its design and construction flow seamlessly with the area’s landscape and surrounding community.
